Recipient of services, programs, documents or other resources shall hold KT Facilitation, its Members, and its employees harmless and blameless for any failures or lack of income generated in recipient's business.

We abide by a strict, no refund policy. By downloading (whether free or paid) any resources or participating in any services or online group sessions, you agree and understand that you are foregoing the right to claim any refund or fees paid for the program offered by the company. You further acknowledge that in accepting these terms and affirmatively seeking the benefits of and membership in such, you are taking full responsibility for YOUR OWN success. Thus, you agree that you will not request a refund.
